Virtual Nervous System Regulation for Stress, Burnout & Overwhelm

Personalized, one-on-one virtual support to help you regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and feel more like yourself again—available to clients across the United States.

Does This Sound Familiar?

When your body has been carrying stress for too long, even slowing down can start to feel difficult.

“I’m wired but tired.”

“My body won’t let me relax.”

“Small things feel enormous.”

“Even when I have time to rest, I can’t switch off.”

“I’m functioning, but barely.”

“I know I’m safe, but my body doesn’t feel safe.”

Targeted Support for the Stress Response

Laboratory testing, nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle strategies, or medication management may be incorporated when clinically appropriate.

Because sometimes the solution isn’t simply telling your nervous system to calm down. It’s figuring out why your body has had to work so hard in the first place.

Nervous system regulation is not always just about learning how to relax.

Persistent fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, irritability, brain fog, or feeling “wired but tired” may also be influenced by physiological factors.

When appropriate, we may look more closely at areas such as:

  • Sleep quality and circadian rhythm

  • Blood sugar regulation

  • Thyroid function

  • Hormonal changes

  • Nutrient deficiencies

  • Medication effects

  • Caffeine and stimulant use

  • Nutrition and hydration

  • Exercise and recovery

  • Chronic stress load

  • Other medical contributors to fatigue or anxiety

Your session is personalized to what you're experiencing that day and may incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, EFT tapping, distance Reiki, lifestyle strategies, and targeted nutritional or medical support when appropriate.

Best for: Those looking for one-time support, a reset during a particularly stressful season, or an introduction to nervous system regulation.

8-Session Package

Consistent support to build regulation, resilience, and practices that carry into everyday life.

Eight sessions give us more time to identify your patterns, practice regulation techniques, and adjust your approach. Rather than simply helping you feel calmer in the moment, we'll work toward helping your body better able to recover after stress.

Best for: Those experiencing ongoing stress, burnout, overwhelm, poor sleep, or patterns that are better supported through consistent care.

What's Included in a Nervous System Reset?

Your session is personalized to your individual needs and may draw from the following practices and support.

Is Nervous System Reset Right for You?

You don’t have to be in crisis to need support. Sometimes, you simply know that your body has been carrying too much for too long.

This May Be For You If:

  • You’re “wired but tired” — exhausted, but unable to fully relax or feel restored.

  • You’re frequently anxious, overwhelmed, reactive, on edge, or stuck in “fight-or-flight.”

  • Ongoing stress is affecting your sleep, energy, focus, mood, or physical tension.

  • You have a hard time slowing down, even when you finally have time to rest.

  • You feel disconnected from yourself after prolonged stress, burnout, or caring for others.

  • You want practical tools like breathwork, guided meditation, EFT tapping, and optional distance Reiki to support greater calm, regulation, and resilience.

When Other Support May Be More Appropriate

Nervous System Reset is designed to complement your overall care, but it may not be the right level of support if you need emergency, inpatient, specialized psychiatric, medical, or trauma treatment.

It is also not intended to replace necessary medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or other specialized mental health care.

Important Safety Note

Nervous System Reset is designed to complement — not replace — medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or emergency services. Distance Reiki is always optional, and appropriate referrals will be recommended when needed.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For suicidal thoughts or a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

What Is a Nervous System Reset?

A Nervous System Reset is a personalized approach to helping your body move out of a prolonged stress response and become better able to return to a state of calm after stress. It is designed for people experiencing chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep, fatigue, or the feeling of being constantly “on.”

At The Mend Wellness, Nervous System Reset sessions are offered virtually and tailored to what your body needs. Sessions may incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, EFT tapping, distance Reiki, lifestyle strategies, and nutritional or medical support when appropriate.

The goal isn’t to eliminate stress. It’s to build greater nervous system regulation and resilience so your body can respond to stress—and recover from it—more effectively.

The Goal Is Regulation, Not Perfection

A regulated nervous system does not mean you never feel anxious, overwhelmed, angry, sad, or stressed.

It means your body has greater flexibility.

You can respond to stress when you need to — and then come back down. You can rest without feeling guilty. You can recognize what your body is telling you before you reach complete depletion.

Little by little, you can begin to move out of survival mode and back into a life where you have the energy and capacity to actually feel present in it.
