Does This Sound Familiar?

Sometimes you know something has changed in your body long before you have an explanation for it.

“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

“I’m doing everything right, but the weight won’t move.”

“My labs are normal, but I know something is off.”

“I never really recovered after having my baby.”

“I’m exhausted, but I can’t sleep.”

“What used to work for my body just isn’t working anymore.”

A Whole-Person Approach to Functional Medicine Care

Your health is rarely influenced by just one thing. Hormones, nutrition, metabolism, sleep, stress, nervous system regulation, lifestyle, and emotional well-being all interact.

That’s why visits may draw from multiple modalities — combining evidence-informed medical care with practical tools that help you create meaningful, sustainable change in your everyday life.

Care That Goes Beyond the Standard Visit

You deserve care that is personal, precise, and built around the full picture of your health.

Rather than rushing through symptoms or waiting for things to get worse, we take the time to evaluate your labs, history, lifestyle, and goals — then co-create a personalized, evidence-based care plan designed around you.

More Time. A More Complete Picture.

Care isn’t dictated by insurance codes, time limits, or what’s reimbursable. That allows us to spend more time evaluating the areas of your health that may otherwise be overlooked.

Partnership, Not a Quick Prescription.

Your history matters. Your labs are monitored over time, and your care can evolve as your hormones, metabolism, symptoms, and life change.

Proactive, Personalized Care.

The goal isn’t to replace your existing doctors. It’s to fill the gaps, identify patterns, and provide structured support grounded in comprehensive evaluation, lifestyle, and clinically indicated care.

Functional Medicine Programs

Step 1: Choose Your Focus

Start by choosing the program that best matches what your body needs right now.

Hormone Treatment

For men and women in hormonal transition and seeking Hormone Replacement Treatment (HRT)

Perimenopause, menopause, and andropause can change how you sleep, think, feel, and hold weight — yet many people are told their labs look fine.

We test comprehensively, interpret results against optimal ranges rather than population averages, and treat what we find.

Postpartum
Support

For recovery, depletion, and hormonal
reset after birth.

Whether it's your first baby or your fourth, your body has been through significant hormonal change and now is running on little sleep.

The standard six-week checkup clears you for activity, but it isn't a recovery plan. Months later, you may still be exhausted, anxious, losing hair, struggling with your mood, or simply not feeling like yourself.

Weight
Loss

For insulin resistance, weight that won't move, and prediabetes.

When weight won't shift no matter how carefully you eat, the problem may involve insulin, thyroid, cortisol, or all three.

We test before we plan, then rebuild your metabolism with nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress work that addresses the underlying mechanism instead of simply asking you to try harder.

Step 2: Choose Your Level of Support

Once you've chosen your focus, choose the length of care that best fits your needs and goals.
Every program includes the same core approach—personalized visits, comprehensive labs, coaching, nervous system support, and weekly education.

3-Month Program

Focused support to assess what's happening, build your plan, and begin making meaningful changes.

A three-month program gives us time to complete your initial assessment and testing, identify the patterns contributing to how you're feeling, and put a personalized treatment plan into action.

Best for: Those looking for focused support around a specific concern or who are ready to get started with a shorter commitment.

6-Month Program

More time to implement, reassess, adjust, and build lasting change.

A six-month program allows us to go beyond the initial testing and treatment plan, with additional time to monitor your progress, respond to changes, and refine your care as your body responds.

Best for: Those with more complex or longstanding concerns, multiple areas of focus, or who want more ongoing support and accountability.

What's Included in Every Functional Medicine Program?

Your visits aren't just check-ins. Depending on what you need, they may include:

Clinical Care

Diagnosis, prescribing, comprehensive lab interpretation, and supplement protocols.

Nutrition Planning

Personalized nutrition guidance based on your testing, rather than a generic meal plan.

Health & Life Coaching

Health and life coaching is built into your visits, so accountability and problem-solving happen with the person who knows your labs.

This is a cash-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service, and laboratory testing is billed separately through your insurance carrier.

Prefer to take it one visit at a time?

Individual functional medicine visits are available for those who prefer care on an as-needed basis.

Initial Functional Medicine Consultation

60–90 minutes

Your initial functional medicine consultation includes a full review of your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Before your visit, you'll complete comprehensive intake forms and upload any recent lab work so we can make the most of our time together.

You'll leave with clear next steps and a personalized set of lab orders.

Follow-Up Wellness Strategy Visits

60 minutes

Follow-up visits focus on reviewing your results, adjusting your plan, and troubleshooting what's working and what isn't. Visits include any prescribing, supplement adjustments, or additional testing your plan calls for.

How Do I Know Which Program is Right for Me?

The Goal Is Personalized, Proactive Care

Feeling better starts with understanding the bigger picture.

Instead of looking at symptoms in isolation, we take the time to evaluate your labs, health history, lifestyle, and goals to better understand what may be contributing to how you feel.

Your care plan is built around you — with comprehensive testing, medical care, nutrition, and ongoing support that can evolve as your needs change.

The goal isn’t a quick fix. It’s a personalized, evidence-based approach designed to support your health now and over time.
